Meet Our Team at Innovation Health
Chiropractor Lauren Pepper D.C.
I am a big believer that life has a way of pushing you into the direction you are meant to move. Sometimes this happens gently and others time we are dramatically pushed. In my case I think I was literally pushed into becoming a Chiropractor.
When I was sixteen years old I broke my femur (thigh) bone when I slipped and fell twenty feet and landed like a sack of cement on the hard ground. After spending 100 days in the hospital healing from this incident, I was finally released from care with a completely healed leg and an eager desire to get on with my life as an active teenager.
Unfortunately I started to have other health issues that I had never experienced before in my young life including debilitating menstrual cramps each month, headaches and constant low back pain. The doctors were perplexed and couldn't offer me or my parents any real answers except to prescribe medications to dull the symptoms and further testing… all to no avail.
Even as a young girl, I was never comfortable with these limited choices but too uninformed to know what else to do. Six months later, while visiting my grandparents in Florida, they suggested I visit their Chiropractor to address my low back pain. I had never heard of such a doctor before but was open to finding some help for my constant discomfort.
This is when my life changed dramatically… I didn't realize it yet but looking back this was all part of my being “pushed” in a certain direction. Not only did this wonderful Chiropractor begin to resolve my low back pain and headaches but he also educated me on the relationship between my “female issues” and the nerve supply associated with my reproductive organs. He concluded that my dramatic fall caused enough jolting to the delicate balance between my spinal alignment and my nerves… basically causing the communication between my brain and body to malfunction.
He began educating me on the design of the human body, showing me intricate nerve supply diagrams that peaked my understanding. It all began to make crystal clear sense to me that the cause of many health problems can begin in the spine and lead to symptoms throughout the body. Rather than merely treating the pain, he designed a thorough plan of action to deal with the cause of my unresolved issues. He then suggested I find a Chiropractor back home to continue treatment. After three months of regular chiropractic care, ALL of my pain and suffering was resolved naturally without medication or surgery and never returned again.
Over time I noticed other changes so profound that I decided I had to become one of these special doctors!. My energy improved, I had greater focus and mental clarity, I rarely got sick, I felt physically balanced and stronger and I began to really understanding the importance of spinal care for more than just back pain.
So in 1997, after receiving my under-graduated degree in Exercise Physiology, I returned to school for another four years and became a Chiropractor. What a great decision! It is a blessing to wake up each day and know I get to help people resolve their health issues naturally. I will be forever grateful for my unfortunate accident, the fractured femur and to the Chiropractor (and my grandparents) for changing my life in such a profound way.
To date, my greatest accomplishment is motherhood. I am a blessed mother of two healthy children that teach me more about life everyday than anyone. Yet over the years I have trained with some of the top professionals in the fields of health and human potential including Dr. Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins and Dr. John Gray.
My passion for chiropractic has open the back stage doors to treat many professional entertainers over the years including Kenny Loggins, Earth, Wind and Fire, Al Jarreau, The Gypsy Kings, Aerosmith, Prince, Sara McLachlan and Cirque Du Soleil performers.
I love helping to inspire people to become more empowered with their health care and have been invited to speak to many groups over all these years including Marriott Headquarters, Freddie Mac Foundation, Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Jewish Community Center, Fannie Mae, BECO North and South, and countless women’s groups and schools.
I hope that you feel inspired to learn more about how your body can be in balance: Body, Mind and Spirit through the benefits of holistic chiropractic care. I look forward to helping you soon.
With a gentle nudge rather than a dramatic push!
Chiropractor Brad A. Wolf D.C.
Since 1997, I have been successfully treating thousands of patients with extreme spinal conditions and pain. Aware that some of our patients weren’t responding solely to chiropractic care, I began searching for the best options to improve their results. Now with the inclusion of non-surgical spinal decompression using the DRS Protocol™, we are offering our patients the highest possible treatment success. The results have been truly remarkable. The satisfaction of knowing we are helping more than 85-90% of our patients get out of pain without surgery and begin living their life fully again is an incredible gift.
The DRS Protocol™ is the most advanced protocol and technology available today to non-surgically treat cervical and lumbar disc disease. Millions of people worldwide seek relief for bulging, herniated, degenerative and ruptured discs as well as sciatica, posterior facet syndrome, spinal stenosis and failed back or neck surgery cases.
Over the years, I have led many seminars on topics of health, wellness and human performance. My passion for helping others reach their full potential has been fostered from some of my greatest mentors including Anthony Robbins, Dr. Deepak Chopra, MD and Dr. Eric Plasker, DC.
In addition, my love for playing the guitar and writing original music has led me to provide chiropractic care to numerous professional musicians performing in the area including Earth Wind and Fire, The Gypsy Kings, Dave Koz, Cirque Du Soleil, Kenny Loggins, Sara McLachlan, Prince and Al Jarreau.
My higher education began when I attended San Francisco State University and University of Maryland for undergraduate studies before completing my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, I have completed many post-graduate advanced training seminars and have received certifications in chiropractic technique, pain management, risk management, personal injury and have participated in many health forums, radio and television programs for public education utilizing natural, holistic health care methods.

Office Manager Michele
As Office Manager I am a liaison between you and the doctors and Massage/ Bodywork Therapists. I am always ready to assist you with any insurance questions, scheduling needs or concerns you may have during your care.
I started out as a decompression patient with Dr. Wolf in August of 2009. Just prior I had spoken with a neurosurgeon who told me my only option was surgery because of 5 herniated discs in my neck. The plan was to put in a 5 inch plate, a permanent solution with obvious problems. The question I had to ask, how much flexibility could I possibly have if I allowed that plate to be put into my neck? The answer was not acceptable.
With the help of Dr. Wolf and because of the care given to me, another option was made available – nonsurgical decompression protocol. I was relieved of my pain with no surgery and to this day I have avoided that 5 inch plate. Because of the success I saw I knew I wanted to support this more natural approach to health, two months later I began working for Dr. Wolf and Dr. Pepper.

It's funny how sometimes it takes us a while to figure out what we really want and where we need to be.
I was first introduced to chiropractic December 2014 after an auto accident.
However, it wasn't until a year later I realized that's the field I wanted to pursue.
I knew for a very long time my passion was helping others; and I knew I felt immediate relief after my first adjustment. One day it just clicked, “why am I keeping that truth to myself?” That was the day I decided a chiropractic office is where I wanted to be.
When I met the iHealth team, I felt the same passion to help others. I hope to attend Chiropractic School in the Winter of 2018, until then I'm confident this is where I need to be!
